VEGAN RED BEANS AND RICE RECIPE

Soak red beans overnight and drain.

Sauté onions, celery, and bell pepper in a large pot.

Add garlic, thyme, and cayenne pepper to the pot.

Add red beans, vegetable broth, and bay leaves to the pot.
