THE ULTIMATE VEGETARIAN CLUB SANDWICH
Start by toasting your bread slices until they are golden brown.
Spread a layer of hummus on one slice of bread and a layer of avocado on the other slice.
Add a layer of sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions on top of the hummus.
Next, add a layer of sprouts and a few leaves of lettuce.
Drizzle some balsamic glaze and honey mustard on top of the veggies.
Add another slice of bread on top of the veggies and repeat the layers.
Finish off with a final slice of bread and cut the sandwich into quarters.
