SUMMER FRUIT ICEBOX CAKE
To begin, beat the heavy cream and sugar together until they form stiff peaks.
In the bottom of a baking dish measuring 9 inches by 13 inches, layer graham crackers.
Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers.
Add a layer of sliced fresh fruit, such as strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries.
Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the dish.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
