SPICY ROASTED CARROT HUMMUS
Turn the temperature up to 350 degrees in the oven.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix together blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Add sugar, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
After each egg has been added, stir the batter thoroughly before adding the next egg.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the centre has almost reached the desired consistency.
Wait until everything has cooled down before serving.
