MARY BERRY’S SIDE OF SALMON WITH HOISIN VEGETABLES
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
Place the salmon on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, and ginger in a bowl.
Brush the mixture over the salmon and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
Add the remaining hoisin sauce mixture and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
