SHRIMP AND PEPPER STIR-FRY

Start by heating a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add oil and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink and cooked through.

Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Add sliced peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.

Add the shrimp back to the pan and stir-fry for an additional minute.

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
