PUFF PASTRY CHERRY CROSTATA
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet.
Mix together the cherries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
Spread the cherry mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the cherry mixture.
Brush the edges with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
