PEAR GALETTE WITH GINGER
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Roll out the pastry dough and place it on a baking sheet.
Arrange sliced pears on top of the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
Sprinkle ginger and sugar over the pears.
