PARMESAN DILL CRUSTED SALMON
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Mix together the Parmesan cheese, dill, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
Coat the top of each fillet with the Parmesan mixture.
Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
