LIMONCELLO RICOTTA CAKE
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and limoncello until well combined.
Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the cake has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar and serve.
