INSTANT POT BACON & CRANBERRY BRUSSELS SPROUTS RECIPE
Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and cutting them in half.
Cook the bacon in the Instant Pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the Instant Pot and sauté for a few minutes.
Add in the cranberries, chicken broth, and seasonings.
Pressure cook for 3-4 minutes, then quick release the pressure.
Stir in the cooked bacon and serve hot.
