HOW TO MAKE SPINACH PESTO
Gather your ingredients: spinach, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until lightly browned.
Add the spinach, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and toasted pine nuts to a food processor.
Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the food processor is running.
To taste, add some salt and pepper.
