HOW TO MAKE CHERRY ICE CREAM
Cherry, cherry brandy, heavy cream, full milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt are required ingredients.
Prepare the cherries by chopping them and then cooking them in a skillet with sugar until they are tender.
After blending the cherry mixture until it is completely smooth, strain it through a sieve with a fine mesh.
In a separate saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and salt, and heat until the mixture is just simmering.
Mix in the cherry mixture and the vanilla essence with a whisk, then place in the refrigerator to chill.
Place the ice cream in a freezer-safe container, and allow it to remain in the freezer for at least two hours before serving.
