HOT-SMOKED SALMON FRITTATA WITH YOGURT AND DILL
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Whisk together eggs, yogurt, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Add salmon and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
