HEALTHY BANANA PANCAKES
Mash ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Add eggs, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of coconut oil.
Scoop batter onto the pan using a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
