EASY THANKSGIVING TURKEY RECIPE
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove giblets and neck from turkey cavity.
Rinse turkey inside and out with cold water and pat dry.
Rub turkey with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place turkey in roasting pan and cover with foil.
Roast turkey for 3-4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
