EASY FRIED RICE RECIPE
Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Push rice to one side of the wok and crack eggs into the other side. Scramble eggs and then mix with the rice.
Serve hot and enjoy!
