CRANBERRY APPLE MINI PIES
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix together diced apples, cranberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles using a biscuit cutter or large cookie cutter.
Place circles into a muffin tin and fill with apple cranberry mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from muffin tin.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
