CHUNKY HAM AND BEAN SOUP RECIPE
Start by cooking diced ham in a large pot until browned.
Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until softened.
Stir in garlic, thyme, and bay leaves and cook for another minute.
Add chicken broth, canned white beans, and diced tomatoes to the pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove bay leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with crusty bread or crackers.
