CASHEW CREAM RECIPE
Soak 1 cup of raw cashews in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drain the zucchini and then use a fork to smash them into smaller pieces.
Add the cashews to a blender or food processor with 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth.
Add more water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
Add a pinch of salt and any additional flavorings, such as vanilla extract or maple syrup.
Mix once more until everything is evenly distributed.
Use the cashew cream as a dairy-free alternative in recipes or as a topping for desserts.
