CARAMEL APPLE GRANOLA BARS
Combine oats, almonds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in chopped apples and caramel bits.
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
