BREAKFAST LOAF WITH BANANA, SULTANAS AND HONEY

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

Add the sultanas, honey, and melted butter to the bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and slicing.
