BASIC CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE STIR-FRY
Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate in soy sauce and cornstarch.
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
Chicken should be taken out of the pan and placed aside.
Add vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, and broccoli) to the pan and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Add chicken back to the pan and stir-fry for another minute or two.
Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
