BALSAMIC BRUSSEL SPROUTS RECIPE
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Trim and halve 1 pound of Brussel sprouts.
Toss Brussel sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
Spread Brussel sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
Serve hot as a side dish or as a vegetarian main course.
