APPLE TURNOVERS RECIPE

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Peel and chop 2 apples into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the chopped apples with 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of flour.

Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal squares.

Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.

Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle and press the edges together with a fork.

Bake the turnovers for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
